*We can arrange a tailored quote that will ensure that we are there from the concept onwards, some events will require 24/7 access and others may just want a little assistance intermittently, so we tailor this to you!

*Including but not limited to; supervise supplier set up and styling / placement of personal items (place cards, menus, favours, reserved signs) / Hostess/ Meet, greet & usher your guests / guest registration for corporate or private/ Meet celebrant and arrange cues for ceremony entrance / ensure ceremony music is a go / ceremony coordination (get you down the aisle) / venue and wait staff briefing / Separate briefing with MC & band / DJ to ensure timings are all correct / coordinate reception entrance (get you inside and ready to party).
