Therese Smith entered the events world as one of the youngest in the industry.
From managing venues, coordinating major events, leading sales teams, and nurturing high-value client relationships. She quickly realised her real edge wasn’t just in creating beautiful experiences, but in reading people, understanding what they truly want, and selling with authenticity and precision.
Her passion and skillset became twofold: venue/event management and general sales.
