Therese entered the events world young and rose fast—managing venues, coordinating major events, leading sales teams, and nurturing high-value client relationships. She quickly realised her real edge wasn’t just in creating beautiful experiences, but in reading people, understanding what they truly want, and selling with authenticity and precision.
Her passion became twofold: crafting events with soul and building sales systems that convert, turning inquiries into loyal clients and ideas into revenue.
This is what inspired Therese-Marié to expand to an agency, where creativity meets commercial intelligence. Our motto, “it must have soul,” reflects our belief that powerful events start with understanding human emotion, and powerful sales start with understanding the client.
